Explore some of the amazing animals in and around Badger Mill Creek in Verona. Learn how to observe and identify aquatic insects, snails, crustaceans and more. Learn more about what these aquatic animals can tell us about the health and ecology of streams. Led by USRWA Board President and retired UW Madison Freshwater Ecologist, we will walk together stopping at several different places along the stream, and observing and collecting in shallow water and from the shoreline.
